Girl Problem

Ok so here's the situation:

My friend likes loves (not likes) girl that was in his English & Science class last year, but he like never talked to her cause he was too much of a wimp.

So now, that girl has moved to a location very far away from my friend. My friend and the girl he likes both have a Facebook & have added each other already. In addition, my friend also has the girl he likes' phone number.

So basically... my friend is stuck and doesn't know what to do. What should he do? >d
