ਸਾਇੰਸ ਨੇ ਬਣਾ ਲਈਆਂ ਮਸ਼ੀਨਾ ,
ਢਿੱਡ ਚ' ਹੀ ਧੀਆਂ ਮਾਰਨ ਨੂੰ ,
ਕਿਸਦਾ ਕਸੂਰ ਏ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ,
ਹਰ ਕੋਈ ਲੱਗਾ ਏ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੱਲਾ ਝਾੜਨ ਨੂੰ ,
ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀ ਕਿੰਨੀਆਂ ਧੀਆਂ
ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ,
ਇਸ ਸਾਇੰਸ ਨੇ ਖਾਦੀ ਏ ,
ਇਹ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਨਹੀ ,
ਇਹ ਤਾਂ ਬਰਬਾਦੀ ਏ..​

I condemn the poem. It's skewed, and highlights narrow mindedness and ignorance on the part of poet. Female foeticide is largely a social and cultural issue. It's the immorality and depravity behind this heinous crime, & not Science.
