Customer Support/Sales Executive
Location: Gurgaon , Haryana , India

We at ReGlobe are looking for passionate Customer Support Executives who can thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and are passionate about learning, strong ownership and continuous improvement of client experience.

Minimum Experience Requirements

- 12th Complete or any Graduation in progress

- 6 Months of Customer Support or Tele-Sales Experience

- Fluent in English and Hindi. Any addition local language like Tamil, Malayalam, etc will be an added advantage

Key Area of Work

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.

- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Location: Spaze I-Tech Park , Sohna Road, Gurgaon

Work Hours: 9.30 am – 7 pm (Sunday off)


Rs. 12k- 20k per month depending on candidate, experience and expertise. Team bonus extra.
