Bro , you are going completely off track!
Whey protein will not help lose fat as such
To understand the working of protein you need to know the basics :
Human body needs -
Protein ,
Fat and
Carbohydrates. These basic needs can be fulfilled by the regular food diet you may consume unless you are being deprived of certain nutrients.
These needs vary depending on the individual, if you are going through physical stress in your life, you will start to consume more then required making it hard for your liver to digest hence you become fat. It's more of your eating habits that makes it worst. In very rare cases, some people has hormone imbalances that causes abnormally accumulating fat.
If you are a body builder, weight lifter, power lifter or wrestler than your body needs extra nutrients.
More fuel = Carbohydrates to keep your body full of energy
More Recovery agent = protein to recover the broken tissues
more Regulatory agent = good fat to regulate hormones,to provide cushion, provide energy.
you don't fit the above criteria, hence you
should not be consuming high protein diet.
Please consult your doctor about your dieting and perform blood tests before starting any diet plans.
You may have to treat deficiencies before depriving your body of more carbohydrates or fats.
So in your to-do list add:
-Consult doctor
-Blood tests
-Work on your diet plan
-Exercise
-Sleep well..
-keep track of your weight and log of eating habits.
Goodluck
Don't waste money on things you do not need
