utorrent, skype te hor program jadh use vich ni hunde ta band kar deya karo.
windows naal auto start na hon.

also check that hard drive is fine.

copy (not cut )some large file from one folder to another, dekho slow hai ke theek.

Goto >
Start search "Run" and open
In Run type "msconfig" then press ok
SYSTEM CONFIGURATION window will appear
goto >Startup tab
click disable all
then press ok
AND reboot your computer
