STD minutes - all STD mobile and landline numbers

local mobile minutes - all local mobile numbers only
STD mobile minutes - all STD mobile minutes only

Local Vodafone minutes - all local vodafone numbers only
STD vodafone minutes - all STD vodafone numbers only.

yes,,, very much sure,, if "mobile" word is not used, then minutes are applicable on all local lines
