Enter this command.
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
Note : Replace the letter g with your flash drive letter.Click on"Start"-->Run-->type cmd and click on OK.
Here I assume your pendrive as G:

Change it from FAT32 to NTFS (or FAT to FAT32) then format it
or use any tools like Mini Partition tool to do so

use usbfix tool to delete this script. your system is infected. use usbshow tool to unhide the files. both are available on google and free. use eset smart security av on machine.

ohde pc wich Virus hai

ask him to use NOD32 or Quick heal

and format your pen drive and change it from FAT to FAT32 or NTFS

You can download Kaspersky Rescue Disk from Their website and Boot your System with that Disk
