Jdo Full Stamp Ban Gyi

Then Select all Layer and Merge Them

Next Go To -> Edit -> Define Brush Preset -> Type Any Name

Now You can Use Your Stamp as a Brush

Just Give it a Size and Click on Photo....

Done
