Hard disk ch bad sector aa ge. Bios ch smart monitoring band kar ke chala lo. Backup le ke hdd replace kar lo.

what about disk health/SMART info.? 
in elevated command prompt run chkdsk c: /r and see if it fixes the issue.
If your hard drive is failing then backup your data and replace the HDD ASAP.
