then diploma in 2009 , until then i m not working

2009 and then nothing ?
its hard to opt for studies after this gap. May be speak to consultant and see what options you have.
settling in nz and australia is harder than in Canada or other countries.

try if you can get study visa for quebec canada as quebec is only state in canada where you can file for PR while being on study visa( few of my friends did it, not sure of exact process though myself.)
