if its one time thing its ok, but if it happens often you need to consult doctor as well as change your eating habits like decrease salt/fried food etc.

it can also happen due to lack of sleep(happens with me often). if thats the thing take a sleeping pill for now and have rest, hopefully it will be gone when you wake up.
regarding specs change in number can effect it too.

JSM sweety u r overreacting .. see i hv high blood pressure and when i got to know abt it there was no headache ... mere black out hoya si drive karde hoye .. bp was 180/120 when went to the hospital

headaches can be anything - sleep deprivation, poor diet , erratic eating, stress or tension or usually restless mind... nothing to worry abt

HBP ka symptom is agar headache is at the crown area (top of the head) haste hue loud bolte hue agar top of the head dar hoye then check bp... also sit down and measure ur pulse...

dont worry beere u r fine .. dont start imagining ailments
