Well these days I'm going through with this....well while living in North America I miss Punjab badly.. Well I have everything here big house to live and a brand new car ... Well problem is I don't have anyone to talk ... Living like dumb and whenever I try to talk that time i got instructions to keep quite I don't even know anything lol well I'm computer engineer and my GPA is 3.7 out of 4. Someone always said keep ur mouth shut Bcoz I don't know English language ... Well these days I'm going though all of this and I'm really depressed and I feel like I must end my life by sucide Bcoz I feel no one care that I'm alive or dead... Suggest me something guys otherwise I will end my life very soon

Get a new hobby, make friends. Get busy.

Je jada derpression / anxiety hai ta go see a doctor. Kai bar medical reason bhi hunda. Like , lack of some essential vitamins etc..

I would suggest you to visit gueudwara sahib once and sir there for an hour or so.... Shabad keertan suno..... U will feel relaxed

Well I lost my best friend in car accident 4 years ago I miss him a lot os ton baad koi best friend nhi banyea.... And 2 sunan wali gal nhi bcoz my family ethics won't allow me to do that yar... I'm trying my best to overcome this problem but now I can't ... I use to go gym and workout madly saara gussa othe nikaal Dina and ghar aake saun janda bcoz next day ton fer ohi kuch.... I decided to start my own stuff and I gonna make my own house starting from zero

Best friend de loss nu pura nhi hunda but apni family vare socho tuhnu depression CH dekh k ohna te ki veettdi hou. Phycologists nal 2-4 consultation to baad depression ghat ho jau and kuch new friends banao ohna NAL enjoy karo and koi sports join karo
