Sunil Dev appointed manager for England tour

Sunil Dev, the secretary of the Delhi District Cricket Association (DDCA), has been named as the manager of the Indian team for the upcoming tour of England. This will be the third time that Dev will be accompanying an Indian team on an overseas tour.

He was the manager of the team that toured South Africa in 1996-97 and travelled with the triumphant 2007 T20 Cup team to the same nation in 2007.

India will leave for England on June 22nd. They are scheduled to play 5 Tests, 5 ODIs and a one-off T20I, with the first Test beginning on July 9th at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.
