Dubai: Football stars are set to go head to head with Formula One speedsters in a charity match at the Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium.
Diego Maradona, Fabio Cannavaro, David Trezeguet and Walter Zenga are just some of the star names expected to face the likes of Felipe Massa, Nico Rosberg, Fernando Alonso and world champion Sebastian Vettel in the Abu Dhabi Football Charity Match on November 9.
The event being held parallel to the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will also feature local heroes from the World Cup 1990 UAE national team such as Adnan Al Taliani, Abdul Rahman Mohammad, Fahad Khamis, Mohsin Mosabah and Mohammad Obaid.
The game is being organised by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and DM Cube in conjunction with Nazionale Piloti.
