Cricket: Sri Lanka vs Pakistan in second Test

Dubai: Pakistan's pacers Umar Gul and Junaid Khan destroyed Sri Lanka's top order sharing five wickets between them before lunch in the second Test at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

At lunch, Sri Lankans are 78 for 5 with Gul taking three wickets for 28 runs and Khan bagging two wickets for 34 runs.

Sri Lanka's star batsman Kumar Sangakkara, who hit a double century in the first Test match, is unbeaten on 29.

Star batsmen Mahela Jayawardene last only four balls to score six runs while skipper Tillakaratne Dishan was out for seven runs.

Sri Lanka won the toss but had to rest their wicketkeeper Prasanna Jaywardene due to an abdominal strain. Kaushal Silva came in his place.

Pakistan made one change including Abdur Rehman in place of Aizaz Cheema.
