Dias conceded just 15 runs from four overs as ADCC bowled out the Super Kings for 85 in a Group B match played on Wednesday night.
Electing to bat first, the Super Kings started on a sound note when openers Sean D'Silva and Sunil S. Bisht put on 26 for the first wicket. But with both the openers back in the pavilion, Super Kings wickets tumbled.
The Super Kings lost seven wickets with none of the batsmen reaching double figures. Tail-ender Adeel Mohammad and Arafath gave some respectability to the total, chipping in ten runs apiece to get the Super Kings to 85.
Dias took four wickets for ADCC, with skipper Hiran Malinda landing two for 15.
Romping home
Requiring just over four runs an over, ADCC romped home, the winning runs coming from the first ball of the 16th over. Openers Chatura Deshapriya and Arunnala De Silva did the bulk of the scoring, putting on 45 for the first wicket.
