If you were wondering what the Bachchan couple - Aishwarya and Abhishek - were doing at the Oscars as none of their movies were nominated, then let me explain.
Apparently, they were holidaying in the US and were attending an All Stars basketball match, a regular for Hollywood celebs, when they were spotted by the paparazzi.
Soon word got around about their presence, and the Bachchans' PR machine decided to cash in on the attention. The PR people went into overdrive and ensured the couple was invited to the big O party.
As far as the dress was concerned, Armani is just a phone call away, after all. So Ash wore an Armani Prive gown and Abhishek a black suit as usual.
For a change, Ash looked yummy but Abhishek, well, you judge for yourself.
Sidhartha and Deepika: Love exposed
The cat is finally out of the bag and it is all thanks to England cricketer Kevin Pietersen. In a tweet recently, Kevin said: “Just had a lovely lunch with Sidhartha Mallya & his girlfriend Deepika Padukone”.
Even if the couple continues to stick to the “we are just friends” line, we know better now, right?
Poor Kevin though. Royal Challenger, Mallya senior’s IPL, will surely not bid for him after this ‘tweet and tell’ incident.
