Vidya Balan’s winning streak continues!

After an astounding start with Pradeep Sarkar’s PARINEETA followed by Rajkumar Hirani’s LAGE RAHO MUNNABHAI, and despite hits like HEYY BABYY and BHOOL BHULAIYAA, later on Vidya Balan seemed to have frittered way a good start. However things have certainly changed for this ethnic beauty with brains.
It was with the success of Balki’s PAA that Vidya Balan’s second innings commenced. Her role of an independent, confident and self respecting mother of a child suffering from a rare disease was applauded by one and all. This was followed by another praiseworthy performance opposite an acting giant like Naseer in Vishal Bhardwaj’s ISHQIYA, which was last year’s first hit. Co-incidentally Vidya has kick started this year too with yet another award worthy performance in NO ONE KILLED JESSICA, which has gone on to become the first success of the year 2011, quite similar to ISHQIYA. And it’s just a co-incidence as well that NOKJ completes a hat trick of successes for Vidya Balan.
We are sure that Vidya will be awarded with more accolades and successes with her future films (noticing her line up) about which we will tell our patrons later on.
