Sometimes the stars have to face really ugly and unwanted situations. Actress Trisha’s name is embroiled in a drug controversy, leaving the actress in shock. A Telugu channel has shown the actress’ picture with an African-American fashion designer and friend named Sidney Sladen, whom the channel is accusing of being a Nigerian drug dealer.
Trisha was in Kodaikanal when these reports starting doing the rounds on TV and the fuming actress took no time to get her lawyer and she immediately issued statements of denial to the other television channels. She has reportedly also taken a legal action against this particular Telugu channel, which she thinks is maligning her name in the Telugu film industry by linking her name to a drug peddler.
The actress who hasn’t visited Hyderabad for last one year can’t believe that something like this can happen to her. There is no truth to the news, claims Trisha.
The Khatta Meetha actress breathes a sigh of relief as she has support from the authorities. According to reports, in Hyderabad, some celebs are purportedly involved in taking drugs, and the police is monitoring them.
