Brit-Asian electro pop superstars, Swami, have released an exclusive reworking of a new album track to coincide with a three-date headline tour in association with national charity, Caudwell Children.
The track, entitled “Dumdaraka (Dub Upgrade)", got its first airing last week on BBC Radio One with DJ Nihal and the BBC Asian Network “Friction” show presented by Bobby Friction.
The full album version is being performed live by the London-based group on the three-date ‘Live & Louder’ tour. The full track can now be streamed online at
The three events, set to take place in the Nottingham, Birmingham and Cardiff branches of The Glee Club in May and June will be hosted by DJ’s SonnyJi from BBC’s Asian Network and Tindy Grewal, who found fame as one of ‘The Family’ on the hit Channel 4 TV show.
Swami will perform tracks from their eagerly awaited album live on stage alongside renowned British Asian artists including H Dhami, Romy, Abbas Hasan, Mona Singh, DJ Ri, Sham D and Serese.
