Oscar-nominated filmmaker Roland Joffe loved the Hindi film Shor in the City and Tusshar Kapoor's role in it. The director of films like The Killing Fields and The Mission even auditioned Kapoor for a role in one of his future projects.
"I did meet Roland," Kapoor said. "We did [talk] about a role in his next film and I even auditioned for it, but I don't know if it will work out or not. Nothing is concrete at the moment.
"But it was a big feather in my cap that he liked my performance in Shor In The City and loved the film," he added.
The 34-year-old actor is now looking forward to the release of his next film, Love U...Mr Kalakaar!.
