Paris loves India
On her second day in India, heiress and international celebrity Paris Hilton was greeted by hundreds of fans at the launch of her bag store in Mumbai.
The socialite, who is in the country on a three-day trip, was overwhelmed by the turnout at the Inorbit Mall in Malad, a northern suburb of Mumbai.
"Wow! Thousands and thousands of people here at Inorbit Mall for my PH purse launch! Love my fans in India. What an amazing turnout... Everyone is so friendly and sweet," Hilton tweeted.
The 30-year-old was sporting a Monisha Jaisingh blue dress and interacted with her fans at the mall. She had her picture taken with many and even signed bags for a lucky few.
B-Town snubs her
Paris Hilton's India visit is the talk of the town, but Bollywood doesn't seem to care much.
Most of the big names from the Hindi film industry stayed away from Hilton's welcome party on Saturday night.
Personalities like Sonakshi Sinha, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Abhay Deol, Arjun Rampal, Dino Morea and Imran Khan were invited to the bash, but the only known faces who showed up were Sushmita Sen, Kangana Ranaut ad Bipasha Basu.
