Kutcher, 33, was spotted driving from the performance in Hollywood with the blonde woman, thought to be Sara Leal, 23, in the back seat of his car. The picture was taken in June.
The emergence of the photograph follows reports that Leal, 23, has demanded £160,000 (Dh916,632) to buy her silence. She is said to be hoping Kutcher will come up with the cash to stop her revealing details of their fling.
And she is reported to have already met with lawyers.
Kutcher broke his silence on the scandal with several comments on Twitter. He posted a link, without comment, to a song by US rap band Public Enemy called Don't Believe The Hype.
He later Tweeted: "When you ASSUME to know that which you know nothing of you make an ASS out of U and ME."
