Actor Matthew McConaughey married his long-time girlfriend Camila Alves on Saturday. The wedding took place in a private ceremony in McConaughey's home state of Texas.
With only two dozen close friends and family members, it was a close and intimate celebration. Also witnessing the ceremony was their two children, Levi, who turns four next month, and daughter Vida, two-and-a-half.
Alves has taken Matthew’s surname and has officially become Camila McConaughey, the actor’s representation told People magazine.
The publication also reports that the couple kept the nuptials a secret from some guests up until the very last minute.
