Posing for shutterbugs at award ceremonies, Lara Dutta and Mahesh Bhupathi make a perfect couple. But according to Mahesh’s ex wife Shvetha Jaishankar’s fresh allegations, her celeb husband’s liaison with Lara started even before their divorce could happen.
Washing dirty linen in public for the first time, Shvetha bares her soul in an interview with Savvy magazine and reveals that Mahesh was married when he started dating Lara. The couple was married for seven long years and parted ways in the month of October, last year. In the interview, Shvetha also reveals that Lara is not the only one he was “distracted” by, but there were others too.
Lara-Mahesh set many tongues wagging when they first appeared together at the Filmfare Awards earlier this year. Recently they were seen enjoying each other’s company at IIFA Awards, Colombo. According to reports, Mahesh has even shifted base to Mumbai and Lara is helping him to do his new abode.
However, Shvetha kept a no-comment stand on the couple’s on-going relationship; the lady just feels betrayed as her husband wasn’t “sensitive” enough to wait till the divorce.
