Kiran Rao: Prateik brought my Munna to life

Continuing the promotion of DHOBI GHAT, Kiran Rao is back with another postcard of DHOBI GHAT. She writes about how she finalaised Prateik, who plays the role of Munna in the film.
Kiran says that she found her Munna on the screening of JAANE TU YA JAANE NA, which also starred Prateik. It was also an Aamir Khan production.
‘I looked for my Munna pretty much everywhere- at the dhobi ghat, in leather workshops, on construction sites, on basketball courts in Nagpada..and I finally found him at the Cast and Crew Screening of our very own film Jaane Tu…!,’ states Kiran.
She further adds that Prateik brought Munna to life.
