Transformers star Josh Duhamel is usually quite cool, calm and collected, but last Thursday he was most certainly off kilter, reports the Daily Mail.
Pictures have emerged showing the actor slumped over in a New York street after a night out in the city with his wife, Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie.
Onlookers say the 38-year-old narrowly avoided being run over by a passing car after the tumble.
It's unclear what caused the Las Vegas star to fall over — however his humiliation didn't end there.
Just hours later he was kicked off a flight from New York to Kentucky for refusing to shut off his BlackBerry. Duhamel was booted off the aeroplane after ignoring flight attendant requests to put down his phone before take off.
Duhamel yesterday said being led off the plane by police at LaGuardia Airport was "not my favourite moment".
"I've learned that it's best to always turn them off," Duhamel told Access Hollywood.
"I'm good. Lesson learned."
The star had been in New York with his wife to attend Billboard's 5th Annual Women In Music Awards.
Witnesses said that the actor was told three times to turn off his BlackBerry device before take off but he refused and even laughed at the request taunting the flight attendant and acting "very rude".
According to his spokesperson, the actor was texting about his flight delay.
"He's sorry," the representative added.
