It's a boy for Kate Hudson
Dubai: Hollywood actress Kate Hudson and her Muse frontman fiancé Matt Bellamy have welcomed a son in to the world.
The 32-year-old Almost Famous star gave birth to a ‘healthy baby boy', on Sunday as confirmed to Us Weekly by the actress' rep.
The newborn is a second son for Hudson, who is mother to 7-year-old Ryder from previous marriage to The Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson.
Hudson and Bellamy only started dating last year, although the pair are believed to have met years earlier. In an interview with Elle UK, the daughter of Goldie Hawn said that they were very happy together, calling him "lovely".
The couple is believed to be purchasing a Malibu mansion to raise their new baby in.
It has been a baby boom weekend, with Victoria Beckham giving birth to her daughter Harper Seven in LA and Strictly Come Dancing presenter Claudia Winkleman also welcoming a son into the world on Sunday.
Among the stars expecting this season are Mad Men beauty January Jones, Cruel Intentions actress Selma Blair, France's First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, Bones star Emily Deschanel and Hollywood sensation Jessica Alba.
