Singapore will get a taste of Indian designer saris and more, with Varun Bahl, Suneet Varma and Masaba rolling out their collections at IIFA Rocks.

To be held on June 8, the glamorous night studded with fashion shows and musical acts will be a prelude to the actual IIFA Awards, to be held the night after.

"My collection is a chic fusion-wear line with strong Indian elements," Masaba said.

His collection is aimed at contemporary Indian women. Meanwhile, Bahl has sought inspiration from exotic cities, such as Paris, Tokyo, Mumbai and Madrid, and Varma's couture collection will focus on feminine elegance. Playing hosts to the evening are actor Ayushman Khurrana (top) and Desi Boyz actress Chitrangada Singh.

"This is my first time at the IIFA Awards and I can't wait to get the show started. It's going to be witty; and expect a lot of audience participation. I am looking forward to having a good time," said Khurrana in an interview with tabloid! on Saturday. He's at present riding high on the success of his debut feature, Vicky Donor.

"I owe all my success to Vicky Donor. Without that, I wouldn't have been at the IIFA Awards," Khurrana said.

Billed as Bollywood's Oscars, the three-day IIFA celebrations that honour top talents from Indian cinema is expected to attract its biggest stars.
