While India is gripped by Indian Premier League fever, a friendly celebrity cricket match will be staged in Ras Al Khaimah next week with Bollywood stars in attendance.

Come May 27, actors including Sanjay Dutt, Mallika Sherawat, Irrfan Khan, Mohanlal, Bobby Deol and Neha Dhupia will be heading to Iceland Water Park to try their hand at cricket, organisers have announced.

"It's not a charity cricket match but a friendly match that combines cricket and Bollywood stars. The celebrity team will be captained by Suniel Shetty and they will be playing against various contest winners and sponsors," said Syed Shuja of Dream Advertising. The celebrity team also comprises Celina Jaitley, Mugdha Godse, Bobby Deol and Mahima Chaudhry.

Apart from the sporting event, the evening will also include a song and dance extravaganza with performances from Sherawat and Dhupia.
