In the absence of good films last Friday, both Badmaash Company and Housefull benefitted at box office. Shahid Kapoor and Anushka Sharma’s film ‘Badmaash Company’ has done a good second weekend business with the collections of around Rs 5.75 crore approx. It did around Rs 19 crore approx in its first week and now the movie total ten day collection is of Rs 24.75 crore approx.
Comedy film Housefull had a good second week of around Rs 14 crore approx. The collections on the weekdays were also rock steady. Till now the film has collected around Rs 61 crore nett in two weeks and opened well in its third week too. A declared hit.
Coming back to last Friday’s releases like Bumm Bumm Bole, Admissions Open and Kushti, all did very poor business at the box office. ‘Bum Bum Bole’ opened to a very dull 10% response, while the other two movies marked just around 5% collections respectively.
This Friday it’s Hrithik-Barbara’s much awaited film Kites for you.
