eh tension jyada foreigners waste hai, kyonki punjab vich kai chance milde ne punjabi bolan de...par punjab toon bahar rehnde bandeyan nu ghatt maukey milde ne 5abi bolan de...so una layi jaroori hai ki uh gharey family members naal 5abi bolan...encourage karan as she already pointed out!
haan ik gall mein jaroor add karoon navin, ki aapan nu apne (punjabi literature) te mann hona chahida hai, punjabi itihas ch bahut literary scholars hoye ne...and we dont even read a thing...written by them. That way, we are ignoring the classics...and discouraging the upcoming writers...punjabi language literature is as rich as any other language...so support the punjabi literature by reading it. & trust me, it is very interesting....some examples:

punjab ch v ajkal hindi jada chaldi aa
jo bahot wadiya gal ni 
hindi nu polite language samjeya janda te punjabi nu bahot harsh samjde ne
but i wudn't blame the ppl. its jus the way we present our language. we jus make it sound so rude. i've personally met a few ppl who don't speak punjabi because they say it sounds quite rude.. jive asi haryanvi nu samjde aa.
and ek gal mai bahot loki dekhe aa .. apne aap nu bahrle kehlan lai oh janke buri jehi punjabi bolde aaa.. mai khana mangda mai eh karna mangda .. nd im not talking about kids who r born and brought up here..jo india to v par likh ke wadde hoke aaye oh v ehda da bolde janke. . i wonder agge ohna de bache kive bolange
i think we need to improve on how we present nd speak our language
