as far as i have read, Guru Gobind Singh ji was attacked by 2 Muslims who were living with them as their helpers.
Guru ji survived the attack once but his wound was not healed properly and once upon practicing archery(dhanush-baan) ,stiches were broken and that became the reason of their demise.
