  • Potatoes
  • Onion, medium
  • Tomato, medium
  • Spinach (palak), medium size bunches
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Cumin powder (jeera)
  • Red chili powder
  • Coriander powder (dhania)
  • Turmeric (haldi)
  • Oil
  • Salt

1. Pick, wash and cut palak. Cut the onions and tomatoes.

2. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
Keep aside

3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onions and sauté till pink. Add jeera, dhania, red chili powder, haldi and ginger garlic paste. Mix well.

4. Now add cut tomatoes and cook till oil leaves the side of the pan.

5. Add the palak leaves and salt and cook for 12 - 15 minutes on a low flame.

6. When done, add fried potatoes cubes and mix well.

7. Serve hot

Jinni lor aa ohen pyaz cheer lo shotte shotte, hariya mirza hisab naal, tomotao kat lo

Readymade masale rakho (dal makhni masala, aloo gobi masalam, garam masala etc etc)

Thore je tel ch pyaz bhun li....brown je ho jaange. Fer hariya mircha, swad anushar namak, red pepper, ginger, garlic paste, tomoato puree paake fer bhun lo. Fry for 2 min then add the cut vegetables, fry for 2 min. Mix readymade masla well. Then hisab naal pani ja paake patile nu dhakkan naal dhak ke slow heat te pakni rakh do. Aanke 15 min UNP te posting karo......fer jaake 2-3 bari karchi fer lo ...thodi sabji tyar.

Kirkland di uncooked punjabi roti mildi aa, badiya sohniya ful diya ne....garam garam khao.

22 ji ohda naam kirkland punjabi roti aa..but I always buy it from New India Bazar. I am in Bay area california.

Atta guun ke roti bel ke pack kitthi hundiya.....bas sirf tave te pakoun da kamm aa apna.
Dujiya pakki pakkiya rotiya ta papad waang akad jaandiya but these are good.

Baby potatoes 40
Fresh coriander leaves, roughly chopped 1 cup
Fresh mint leaves, coarsely shredded ¼ cup
Green chillies, coarsely chopped 10-12
Ginger, coarsely chopped 2 one-inch pieces
Garlic, coarsely chopped 4-6 cloves
Lemon juice 4 teaspoons
Cumin seeds 2 teaspoons
Coriander powder 2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder ½ teaspoon
Skimmed milk yoghurt ½ cup
Salt to taste
Garam masala powder ¼ teaspoon
Sesame seeds, toasted 1 teaspoon
Method
1. Boil the potatoes. Drain and cool. Halve them
without peeling.
2. For the chutney, grind together coriander leaves,
mint leaves, green chillies, ginger and garlic to make
a fine paste. Add lemon juice and mix.
3. Heat a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and roast
till it begins to change colour. Add coriander powder,
turmeric powder and continue to roast. Add green
chutney and mix.
4. Add potatoes, yoghurt, salt and mix. Cover and
cook on medium heat for eight to ten minutes.
5. Add garam masala powder and mix.
6. Dry roast sesame seeds and sprinkle over the
potatoes.
7 Serve hot.

Lassi!!!!!!!!!

1 Cup yogurt
Salt or sugar -acc to taste.

Put yougurt in a blender and blend it nicely.
Then add water acc to your choice(if you like lassi to be thick in consistency add less water)
then add some ice
add some salt or sugar(as per your taste)

And enjoy
