A stab in the heart
Needles raining down under the skin
Heat from the inside rises upwards and breaks out from the cheeks
A feeling of inferiority creeps up and plants itself into the brain
The person rights himself and walks down a maze of hallways
Coming to a stop in an empty hallway
He walks down to the end of it and sits down
He wonders what happened
He bows his head
Tears starts dripping steadily down his cheeks
His chest starts heaving
His breath starts coming unevenly
Sometime later
The person at the end of the hall is quiet
His form is still
He fell asleep
At last, he has a peace of mind
His dreams start and he's in his happy place again
Until he wakes up, he doesn't have to face the harsh reality
Now, it feels just right to stay in this place of happiness
For fear that this world will turn bad too
