There are people who have intolerance to some religion, ethnic groups, cultures, news media and films. We, human beings have intolerance to violence and evil things. Some may have intolerance even to God but majority of people may never have heard of an allergy called ‘wheat intolerance’. Wheat is a globally important source of protein and it is neither very hard to digest nor have any toxins. it contains a protein named gluten. Gluten in wheat can create severe allergies in some people. People who have already an allergy with gluten can develop severe negative reaction and this is called wheat intolerance and celiac disease. It is very rare in adults and genetics is believed to be the only cause of wheat intolerance.

Wheat allergy or wheat intolerance is not so easy to spot. The symptoms of wheat intolerance are very vague. Symptoms are mild in the initial stages and become severe when days pass by. There are some common symptoms of wheat allergy. These symptoms vary from person to person in adults.

It will be easy to identify the symptoms of wheat intolerance if you consult with a medical practitioner. Diarrhea is one of the most common symptoms of the wheat intolerance. Diarrhea is the condition of having frequent loose or liquid bowel movements. If a person has diarrhea after having a dish containing wheat, you can ask a help of a physician as soon possible. If you didn’t take the symptoms seriously, it can be so severe that the affected person will suffer from the loss of weight. It is better to diagnose and treat it in the early stage. Wheat intolerance is treated in the typical manner as other food intolerances.

The physician may advice the affected person to completely avoid having food dishes which contains wheat. Any food items which contains gluten can create same problems again. You should observe whether there are symptoms of wheat intolerance again in the person. It’s an unfortunate fact that there is no treatment for wheat intolerance. The only thing one can do to avoid wheat intolerance is avoiding taking foods which contains wheat or the protein gluten.
