Listen to relaxing and soothing MUSIC,
especially those with nature elements such as the wind ,
rain, sea etc.....
Try to find a spot where you can find total silence
and play your favorite track or if u r at home or
have more free time the whole CD.......

CLOSE your eyes and breath slowly , following the song.
OPEN your eyes slowly at the end of each trackand
CLOSE them again when a new track starts.

This method really works especially when you are
under extreme mental pressure and physical stress
OR you feel really sad OR just remembering on OLD
memory be it favorable or not........
