Post Seven Steps To Obtain Beautiful Skin...

You don't have to spend a lot of money to get beautiful skin, especially body skin. It can be dull and lifeless, but if you follow these steps, within a week you will notice that beautiful skin is replacing what was there before. The trick is to maintain it.

The more you use the steps, the better your skin will look. These steps are not about how to get nice skin, but how to get beautiful, stunning skin that you'll want to show off!

Step 1 - Body Brushing

A soft bristled body brush should be used in long sweeping motions across the skin, towards the heart. If your skin is a bit neglected, you will notice a fine white powder coming from the skin as you brush. This is the dead skin cells that have been making the skin look dull.

Do not be tempted to use a body brush on your face, it’s way too harsh. Use everywhere else, but be very gentle with the skin around the chest. If you're vigorous with your brushing, it can be a pretty good calorie burner too! Brush until the skin is smooth, but stop before the skin gets sore. Ideally you would body brush every day for beautiful body skin.

Step 2 - Exfoliation

Exfoliation is a must to remove the layers of dead skin cells that have built up on the skin. It needs to be done in the shower or standing in the bath, and the skin needs to be very wet before application.

The exfoliator should be applied as you go, not to the entire body, so start with an arm or leg and gently massage in circular motions, always in the direction of the heart. This stimulates circulation and gives an overall feeling of energy and wellbeing.

As the exfoliator massages away the dead skin cells, keep adding water and exfoliate until the area is smoother, but don't make the area sore. Be extra gentle around the chest area, as skin can be thinner there. Special attention may be needed on feet, elbows and knees as these areas can be drier.Exfoliate every other day to begin with, then just do it a couple of times a week once the skin is smooth.

Step 3 - Cleansing

Cleansing the skin rids it of dirt, excess sweat, unwanted micro-organisms and their metabolic products. Benzoyl Peroxide based cleansers work by destroying acnes, the bacteria that causes acne. By utilizing its anti-bacterial properties, these cleansers help reduce the number of blackheads and clogged pores.

Step 4 - Toning

Tone the skin. The most important reason you should tone after cleansing is to prepare the skin for precise absorption of skin conditioners. The toning process dissolves dead skin cells remaining after cleansing. It also clears residue contaminants and helps to better control oil production through the astringent effect.

Tonics will leave your skin feeling tight, clean, and fresh and will help to prevent future breakouts caused by environmental conditions.

Step 5 - Cell rejuvenation

The process of cellular rejuvenation is key to achieving better, healthy skin. The rejuvenation occurs when exfoliation is accelerated to stimulate the growth of fresh new cells more rapidly than the body’s normal cycle. This cell renewal time is shortened from 28 days to between 10 and 15 days.

The cell layers on the surface of the epidermis are reduced from 14 layers of impacted cells to 7 or 8 loosely woven layers, giving skin a rosy hue and healthy glow. As a result of this rapid exfoliation, the skin begins to function once again like adolescent skin. Blemishes, fine lines, blotchy skin, leathery skin texture, dryness, roughness, and wrinkles are improved giving the skin a more youthful appearance.

Step 6 - Moisturize

Protect and moisturize the skin. By doing all the previous steps, your skin is especially susceptible to the harmful rays of the sun and environmental pollutants. So be sure to moisturize and shield it. The protection step is vital in completing the cycle of skin rejuvenation reducing further photo damage.

Step 7 – De stress

Breathe in hope and breathe out anxiety. Be nice to yourself and smile. Eat healthy and keep fit. A well balanced diet and 6 to 8 glasses of water a day works wonders on skin. Its pretty much the inner glow that reflects outside. So keep a healthy lifestyle and good habits.
