Preparation:
take a piece of alum (PHITKARI)
put it on tawa (griddle)
wait till the alum melts totally and a white colored chemical sticks on tawa
take a knife and scratch softly the white chemical from tawa
put that in a small glass bottle.
How to use
take a little bit (1/4th of finger nail) of churan (white chemical) with your finger and rub it on your teeth and see the miracle.
you can do it with all your teeth once daily. There will be no problem with your teeth ever in future.
