Do food supplements suffice the nutrient requirement of a busy woman?

The best sources of any nutrients are fresh, wholesome as well as whole foods, particularly fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. We need a good wholesome diet to assimilate the vitamins and minerals. Whatís more, this will have additional benefits on your health on a daily basis and will not create a condition of nutritional deprivation. According to a study published in the Journal of Nutrition, a daily multivitamin can reduce your risk of having a first heart attack. Other studies suggest regular usage of supplements reduce risks of some chronic diseases and help you maintain better health overall. A word of caution, however, one should not cross the recommended levels.
