There is great political support to every dera like sacha sauda,narakdhari,neeldhari, radha soami,,, u knw the singhs who attacked jutha sauda supporters, parkash chand badal put those singhs to 15 year jail,just to get jutha sauda support in election

Neeldharis (literally "those who wear a blue Turban") wear a free flowing blue turban called a chakuta and a blue Kamar Kassa (waist band/cummerbund) around their waist. They believe in, and bow to, the Shri Guru Granth Sahib first and then to their Sant Maharaj. They believe in strict vegetarianism and the preservation of their hair (as per the Rehat Maryada given by our 10th Guru, Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji), as do all the Neeldhari Sikhs even today, and they follow all the Gurus and Sant Maharaj.

This is the definition of Sikh from SGPC website.....

SIKH CODE OF CONDUCT AND CONVENTIONS
Section One

CHAPTER 1
The Definition of Sikh :

Article I
Any human being who faithfully believes in
i. One Immortal Being,
ii. Ten Gurus, from Guru Nanak Sahib to Guru Gobind Singh Sahib,
iii. The Guru Granth Sahib,
iv. The utterances and teachings of the ten Gurus and
v. the baptism bequeathed by the tenth Guru, and who does not owe allegiance to any other religion, is a Sikh

Now you can determine yourself that these are contradicting each other. Either SGPC definition is wrong or Neeldharis are not Sikhs if they bow to their some Satguru and follow his spiritual teachings.
