Himachal apna pani otthe nahi rok sakda. There are 2 reasons for that.
1) Himachal will be flooded and washed away.
2) Himachal is a riparian state along with Punjab and Haryana, so they have the right to share water.
Big question is why the hell Rajasthan getting free water from Punjab share?? Why not take it from Himachal or Haryana Share??
If Bihar can sell its natural resources (Coal/Iron), Rajasthan sells its natural resource (Marble) why restrictions on Punjab.
Rajasthan owes RS 115,000 crore to Punjab. Punjab's total debt is aroung 80,000 crore, this means after clearing debt Punjab will left with 35000 crore and can create many more jobs for unemployed youth (their count is 44 lakh)

this is 100% true. I have seen that, life of tribals in Orissa, Tamilnadu is really tough. Their struggle for survival is heart stopping.
But that doesn't mean that if one is dying, then other should also be killed. Moreover tribals and dalits in that whole geographical region has that problem, but Punjab is not in geographical proximity to those states. It is rather close to Haryana, Delhi, Rajasthan and Himachal. So lets talk within this area which state is being looted by others.
