And after 2-3 days summons withdraw kar laye gaye.

na supreme court of india di judgement hai ke guru granth sahib ji nu summon ni issue ho sakde. es li withdraw hoye ne.

This is what happens when people make guru granth owner of properties, by doing this they are actually agreeing to the fact that law or legal authority is supreme.
Most of the times its done to take tax advantages.
