Koi veer ha bhenji mainu dasse ke Karah Prashad nu tyar karn vele kin gallan nu dhian vich rakhna chahida hai..

je desi ghey na hoveta kuch hor varteya ja sakda hai ?

hor baki maryada dassan di bhi kirpa karo ji

Shower and wear clean cloths. Clean the pots and pans you are going to use.
Cover your head and do not wear any shoes/slippers.

3 equal parts of Whole Drum Atta...Suger & Ghee
if you are using 1 kilo atta..make sure you have 1 kilo suger and 1 kilo Ghee
The water will be 4 times...
Turn on two stoves..put ਕੜਾਹੀ on one stove and pot on other.

Heat up the pan...add ghee...when the ghee is hot...add atta..and keep strying until it turns brown...make sure atta jaal na javeh...

On the other stove..heat up 4 kilo water...and add suger..

you have to make sure when you mix the water and atta together..they are at the same temperature.

Jadon atta brown ho gaya...slowly and very very carefully start adding the water in the degh. You dont want to burn yourself..cuz this mix will start throwing bubbles and steam out of the pan.

Keep mixing them quickly..and keep strying the degh...jadon pher ghee uppar aah gaya mix toh..Degh taiyaar ho gayi..
