First of all, the dohra which is recited after the Ardas, has these lines "Raj Karega Khalsa Aaki Rahe na Koi", is not from Shri Guru Granth Sahib. Those who believe or comment it is from SGGS, please read and improve their knowledge before coming up with their views on this subject.
It is the Bani of Guru Gobind Singh Ji, recited by Guru Sahib in 1708.
There is no doubt that Guru Sahib inspired his Khalsa to rule, Guru Sahib's another Bani clearly states that:
"Raj Bina Nahin Dharam Chale Hain, Dharam Bina Sab Dalle Malle Hain".
This was the inspiration of Guru Sahib with which Baba Banda Singh Bahadur sets up the first Khalsa Raj, and then later came into existence many Sikh Misls, Nanakshahi Coins, Great Sikh Generals and Rulers like Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
