its the first bani of dasam granth ....as sggs has jap... it has jaapu....the character of the god and the inner soul is descried in this

ਮੁਖ ਭਾਗ 1

ੴ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਪ੍ਰਸਾਦਿ ॥
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹ ॥
ਜਾਪੁ||
ਸ੍ਰੀ ਮੁਖਵਾਕ ਪਾਤਿਸਾਹੀ ੧੦ ॥

It is also one of the Five Nitnem Bani's.

Five Nitnem Bani's are:

the lines u posted sippu, in this guru ji is telling about gr8 lord waheguru usdee ustath ch eh phrase hai ji

daily nitnemi nu i think it take around 12-15 mins to do this path its bit lenghty and semd bit hard in starting but once u read it three four time thn u feel comfortable with it
