I guess this video is of Faridabad where Bhai Manpreet Singh was doing kirtan and the bani is from Dasam Granth. Some people are now turned anti against it, they believe this Bani teaches about Rama Avtar, Krishna Avtar, Chandi and other objectionable issues like charitropakhyan. So they attacked at the place where kirtan was going.
In my knowledge Dasam Granth Bani also teaches us 3 nitnem Banis, stresses on being Khalsa Saroop, Khande di pahul (amrit shakna) etc. It also tells us that Sikh should not worship raam, rahim, kishan, vishan, nor should bow towards east or west, or worship animals or statues.
It is not the first time that Kirtan from Dasam Granth Bani is done. Dasam granth Bani kirtan is also done at Darbar Sahib, Shri Harmandir Sahib. According to Harmandir Sahib and Sikh Rehat Maryada, in any Gurughar kirtan from Bani of SGGS, Dasam Granth, Bhai Nand Lal and Bhai Gurdas Ji is permitted.
So in my opinion, people opposing Dasam Granth kirtan are doing it for the sake of creating a ripple in community and gain their lost name-fame out of it. These people are mainly Ragi Darshan Singh (who himself did Dasam Granth Kirtan) and his associates, which are supported by Sarna Dal from Delhi.
They all have some reasons behind this.
Ragi Darshan was ex-jathedar of Akal Takht, he is now nothing in SGPC so he took up this issue to keep his pardhani going.
Sarna will support anyone who goes against Badal or Akal Takht becuase he wants to bring Badal down from Sikh politics. Sarna is close ally of congress in Delhi and Punjab. To bring Badal down he is ready to bring Akal Takht Maryada to ground zero.
Sikh Sangat should not get into this new issue.
There are tons of other issues which Sikh community is facing like Turban Ban issue, Kirpan Issue, Distinct identity in Indian constitution (article 25c), Anand Marriage act etc.
Dasam Granth Bani issue could just be a ploy by govt sponsored ppl (Sarna Dal ) etc to keep Sikhs infighting going over baseless issues and do not work on main issues.
