It is the weakness of Punjab Govt to press enough. Who is going to pay any heed to a non performing state that has nothing to offer to the country??

A spoiled child inherits nothing. So has Punjab become to the center.

Be it Nuclear plant, SEZs, Infrastructure, Loan write off. Akalis have not been able to convince the Center for anything valuable to Punjabis.

na koi college na koi factory..ZERO development.
