125g catfish meat
Mix together
80g julienned sour mango
20g sliced shallots
30g roasted peanuts
Oil, for frying
For the sauce, mix together
10g sliced small chillies
10g chopped garlic and coriander root
20ml fish sauce
Lemon juice, to taste
15g sugar
PREPARATION
Chop catfish meat and deep- fry until crispy. Serve with mango mixture and sauce.
