Walnut Butter

Ingredients:
1/2 cup - walnuts, crushed coarsely
5 to 6 - green pistachios, coarsely crushed
1 tsp - pineapple or plum or cherry jam or marmalade
1 cup - table butter, softened well
1 stalk - mint leaves, chopped
1 - small green chilli, finely chopped
Method
Makes: 10-12 servings
Shelflife: 2 days refrigerated

1 cup - table butter, softened well
1 stalk - mint leaves, chopped
1 - small green chilli, finely chopped
Method
- Run chilli, mint in small mixie, to crush.
- Add butter, run to form a soft ball.
- Take out, fold in crushed nuts, pistachios.
- To be applied thickly on bread slices.
- Can also be served to accompany Indian breads like sheermal, parathas, etc.
